Product Overview

Single row or multi-row feeding heat shrinkable packaging for mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, beer bottles, and other bottles. It can be connected with a filling machine and a labeling machine.

Designed for bottle packaging, this machine is connected with other production lines to automatically feed - wrap film - seal, and cut - shrink - cool, automatic packaging without manual operation. It can do 6 bottles (2*3), 9 bottles (3×3), 12 bottles (3×4), 24 bottles (4×6), and other packaging forms. (Depends on the bottle's dimensions)

The worm gear reducer is used to ensure stable feeding and film feeding without jitter.

''PLC'' programmable controller, modular design, can change different bottle shapes, and can wrap quickly.

The automatic feeding device can be selected according to the different bottle shapes, and multi-bottle feeding can be customized to improve the packaging speed.

The feeding conveyor belt can be designed as left-side feeding or right-side feeding according to the needs of the site.

Double internal air circulation system, the hot air in the furnace cavity is evenly distributed, and the shrinkage effect is more beautiful.

Film bulges with trapped air after shrinking?

1. Add a pin roller to punch exhaust holes in the film.
2. Slow down feeding speed.
3. Raise front tunnel temperature for full air exhaust.

Wrinkled loose wrapping film?

Low tunnel temp or over-fast feeding→raise temp/reduce speed; uneven film roller tension→adjust tension spring; oversized film→switch narrower, matched PE roll.

Film runs off track & uneven sealing edge?

1. Fix the film roll at the center.
2. Adjust left-right tension.
3. Straighten carton limiting fence.
4. Recalibrate photo eye position & sensitivity.

Seam splits/burnt or cutter sticky with film?

Split seal: increase sealing temp & air cylinder pressure; Burnt seal: lower temp or speed up machine; Sticky cutter: replace worn Teflon anti-stick tape.

Cutting blade damages the carton accidentally?

Adjust the cutter lifting height screw; straighten the feeding guide; revise the servo cutting timing on the HMI panel.

Partial tunnel, no heating or unstable temperature?

Replace broken heating tube; fix loose thermocouple probe or faulty solid-state relay.

Clamping cylinder stuck with abnormal noise?

Drain water from the air filter; add lubricant to the cylinder; clear film scraps stuck in the guide rail.

Film cracks after thermal shrinking?

Reduce overheat of the corresponding tunnel zone; change the qualified PE film; add edge protection for sharp carton corners.

Regular maintenance checklist?

• Daily: Clean cutter residue & conveyor waste, wipe photo sensor lens.
• Weekly: Lubricate chains & guide rails with high-temp grease, drain air filter.
• Monthly: Tighten all bolts, remove carbon dust inside the shrink tunnel, and inspect blower status.

Preheating time under cold weather below 10℃?

Preheat 30~40 mins, heat tunnel by gradient temperature to avoid heater damage from sudden temperature change.
