Product Overview

Wider and longer products such as: floor board, door, window, glass, wood pallet, corrugated cardboard, wallpaper roll, etc. Original ''Omron'' digital display temperature controller with built-in PID function, the sealing knife temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, temperature is adjustable.

Designed for wider and longer products with double continuous side sealing, the product packing length is infinite.

Top and bottom film rolls are synchronized feeding, while the product is moving forward, the side sealing device starts to heat seal and cut the top and bottom film.

Siemens PLC program controller to realize the integration of the machine, electricity, and gas.

The waste film collection system is synchronized, the film traction will not be too loose or too tight and pulled apart, and the waste film is easily disassembled.

According to the different sizes of products, the machine can match the front, middle, and output conveyor belts for easy operation.

The internal air circulation motors make the hot air in the furnace more evenly distributed to achieve a good shrinkage effect.

Packed film bulges with trapped air inside?

1. Fit the pin roller to punch exhaust holes in the film.
2. Slow down conveyor feeding speed.
3. Raise the front tunnel temperature for complete air exhaust.

Wrinkled loose shrink film after heating?

Low tunnel temperature / over-fast feeding → increase temp or reduce running speed; uneven double-film tension → adjust roller handwheel; oversized film width → switch matched PE roll.

Upper/lower film deviates & uneven bilateral sealing edge?

Fix film roll at central position; balance left-right film tension; straighten dual-side feeding fence; recalibrate front&rear photo eye position & sensitivity.

Seam splits/burnt or cutter sticks to wrapping film?

Split seal: increase cutter temperature & cylinder air pressure; Burnt seal: lower heating temp or speed up machine; Sticky cutter: replace worn Teflon anti-stick tape.

Double-sided cutter scratches carton/board accidentally?

Modify servo cutter stroke parameter on HMI; realign dual-side limiting baffle; fine-tune cutter lifting screw height.

Partial extended tunnel, no heating or unstable temperature?

Replace broken heating tube; fix loose thermocouple probe or defective solid-state relay.

Bilateral sealing mechanism stuck with abnormal vibration & noise?

Clear PE scraps on the chain & guide rail; fill high-temperature lubricant; tighten loose servo drive belt.

Large-area film cracks after heat shrinking?

Reduce overheating of the relevant tunnel zone; switch to qualified raw PE film; add edge protection for sharp cargo corners.
