Product Overview

Reciprocating cutter system, better suitable for short product sealing and cutting packaging. The shortest size can be wrapped up to 50mm.

PLC color touch screen control system with three servo motors and drives, the three servo motors control the knife axis, film, longitudinal seal operation, and input conveyor.

Adopt a closed-type bottom sealing device and an electronic torque anti-cutting function of the horizontal knife. With the positioning stop function, it can prevent scalding film, the bottom cutting is stable and firm, and also protects the horizontal sealing device.

No mechanical eccentric device. No need to adjust the mechanical eccentricity when changing different length products, easy to operate.

Wrap-around scrap recycling device, saving about 20% material compared to the traditional center-fold film packaging machine.

Heat shrink oven with high efficiency double temperature zone, infinitely speed adjust, and automatic temperature control. High efficiency hot air circulation to ensure the quality of shrinkage.

What products can this shrink wrapper pack? Can it wrap paper cups / disposable tableware?

It's an inline pillow-type shrink packaging machine, ideal for single-row paper cups, plastic bowls, cutlery sets, instant noodles, adhesive tapes, and regular long-shaped goods. Custom feeding fixtures available for irregular items, free sample testing supported.

What's the production speed & output capacity?

Which shrink films are compatible? POF / PE / PVC?

POF single-layer shrink film is the priority option for smooth shrinking; Applicable film thickness:11-19μm.

Power supply requirement? Total power consumption?

Standard 220V 1-phase power for sealing and cutting machine,380V 3-phase power for shrink tunnel, total power:17.5KW. Independent temperature control for the shrink oven, a separate power circuit is suggested. Custom voltage, like 220V/415V available for the overseas market.

Can we send samples for a trial run? How long for customized modification?

Free sample packaging test in our factory. Standard modification:3~7 working days; in-stock machines can be delivered within 3 working days.

After delivery, who arranges installation & training? Any auxiliary machines needed?

We provide on-site installation & operator training for 1~2 working days. No extra auxiliary equipment required except clean compressed air (0.5MPa) and shrink film. Optional auto feeder & sorting conveyor available.

How long for a size changeover when switching between different goods?

3-5 mins for same-category size replacement. PLC touch screen saves multiple parameter recipes, one-click recall for feeding speed, sealing temp, and tunnel air speed.

Recommended heating temperature for the shrink tunnel & sealing cutter?

POF film: Tunnel 160~200℃, sealing knife 130~170℃, adjust temp based on ambient temperature & film thickness.

Packaged film keeps bulging with trapped air inside. How to fix?

1. Punch tiny exhaust holes in the wrapping film.
2. Reduce conveyor speed for full air exhaust before shrinking.
3. Slightly raise the tunnel heating temperature.

The finished film is wrinkled & loose on the product surface.

Low tunnel temperature or over-fast conveyor → raise temp / slow down speed; uneven film tension → adjust tension spring; oversized film width → change to a narrower matching film roll.

Film runs off track & folds during wrapping.

1. Fix the film roll in the center position.
2. Adjust left-right film tension.
3. Recalibrate photo eye sensitivity & position.
4. Modify the guide triangle angle.

Seam is weak & splits/burns while sealing.

Split seal: insufficient knife temperature or clamping pressure → increase temp & spring pressure; Burnt seal: overhigh temp or slow running speed → lower temp or speed up machine; Sticky knife: replace Teflon anti-stick tape on cutter.

The cutting blade cuts into products accidentally.

Wrong cutter height → adjust knife elevation; asynchronous feeding & cutting timing → revise servo parameter on touch screen; skewed incoming goods → fix front limiting baffle.

The shrink tunnel heats unevenly, or one side has no heat.

Burnt heating tube → replace original heater; loose/broken thermocouple → refasten wire or change sensor; defective solid state relay → replace electrical component.

The machine can’t start with a dead control panel.

Check 3-phase power shortage; replace blown fuse; reset emergency stop button; tighten loose wiring terminals.

Film cracks & bursts after heat shrinking.

Overheat in partial tunnel zone → lower corresponding zone temp; poor quality raw film → switch qualified POF film; sharp product edge → add edge protection.

Regular maintenance schedule & work list?

Daily: Clean sealing residue & conveyor scraps, wipe photo eye lens.
Weekly: Lubricate chains & guide rails with high-temp grease, drain water from air filter.
Monthly: Tighten all screws, clean carbon dust inside the shrink tunnel, and inspect blower operation.
