Original ''Omron'' digital display temperature controller with built-in PID function, the sealing knife temperature is extremely sensitive and accurate, temperature is adjustable.

The sealing knife adopts DuPont Teflon-coated anti-stick and high-temperature-resistant aluminum alloy; the sealing line will not crack.

According to the different products, the machine is equipped with detection photoelectric devices, with one group for horizontal and vertical detection, which is convenient for switching and selection.

Using Panasonic, SMC, Schneider, and other imported electrical brands, machines with high quality and long operating life.

The heat shrink tunnel has a visible window, through which the product shrinkage can be observed in the furnace at any time.

The shrinkage furnace has double fans, and the air is discharged from the bottom. The temperature inside the furnace is uniform, and the shrinkage effect is beautiful and smooth.

Packaged film bulges with trapped air?

1. Fit the needle roller to punch exhaust holes.
2. Slow down conveyor speed.
3. Raise the front tunnel temperature for air exhaust.

Wrinkled loose wrapping film?

Low tunnel temp / over-fast feeding → heat up or slow down; uneven film tension → adjust roller spring; oversized film → switch to a narrower POF roll.

Film runs off track & uneven L-sealing edge?

Center fix film roll; balance left-right tension; straighten feeding fence; recalibrate photo eye position & sensitivity.

Seal splits/burnt or cutter sticky with film?

Split seal: increase cutter temperature & cylinder air pressure; Burnt seal: lower temp or speed up machine; Sticky cutter: replace worn Teflon anti-stick tape.

Cutter accidentally cuts the product corner?

Adjust the cutter height handwheel; realign the feeding limiting baffle; fine-tune the cylinder down stroke.

Partial tunnel, no heating / unstable temperature?

Replace broken heating tube; fix loose thermocouple or faulty solid-state relay.

Sealing cylinder stuck with abnormal noise?

Drain water from the air filter; add lubricant for the cylinder; clear film scraps inside the guide rail.

Film cracks after shrinking?

Reduce overheat of the relevant tunnel zone; change the qualified POF film; add protection for sharp item edges.

Regular maintenance checklist?

Daily: Clean cutter glue residue & belt scraps, wipe photo sensor;
Weekly: Grease chains & guide rails, drain air filter;
Monthly: Tighten all bolts, clean carbon dust inside the tunnel, and check blower operation.
