Wrapped film bulges with trapped air inside?

1. Install a pin roller to punch exhaust holes in the film.
2. Slow down conveyor feeding speed.
3. Slightly raise the front tunnel temperature for complete air exhaust.

Wrinkled loose shrink film after heating?

Low tunnel temperature or over-fast feeding → increase temp or reduce speed; uneven film roller tension → adjust tension spring; oversized film width → replace matched narrow film roll.

Film deviates & uneven side sealing edge?

Fix film roll in central position; balance left-right roller tension; straighten feeding limiting fence; recalibrate photo eye position & sensitivity.

Seam splits/burnt or cutter sticks to wrapping film?

Split seal: increase cutter temperature & cylinder air pressure; Burnt seal: lower heating temp or speed up machine; Sticky cutter: replace worn Teflon anti-stick adhesive tape.

Rear cutter accidentally cuts product corners?

Modify servo cutter stroke parameter on HMI; readjust feeding baffle spacing; fine-tune cutter lifting screw height.

Partial shrink tunnel, no heating or unstable temperature?

Replace broken heating tube; fix loose thermocouple probe or defective solid-state relay.

The rear cutter mechanism is stuck with an abnormal running noise?

Clean film scraps stuck on the chain & guide rail; fill high-temperature grease; tighten loose servo timing belt.

Film cracks after heat shrinking?

Reduce overheating of the corresponding tunnel zone; switch to qualified POF raw film; add protective cover for sharp product edges.

Regular maintenance checklist?

Daily: Clean cutter glue residue & conveyor scraps, wipe photo sensor lens.
Weekly: Lubricate guide rail & chain, drain accumulated water from air filter.
Monthly: Tighten all machine bolts, clear carbon dust inside the shrink tunnel, and inspect the blower & motor working status.
